  • Following the merger of Groupe 01 consumer computing titles L’Ordinateur Individuel and SVM – Science & Vie Micro, the editorial teams have changed. Four section editors, previously working for L’Ordinateur Individuel, complement the team: Philippe Fontaine, Christophe Gauthier, Rémi Langlet and Frédérique Crepin. Patrick Bertholet becomes head of the Products desk. Nicolas Robaux and Amine Meslem are part of the Practical desk. William Audureau joins the Video Games desk. Eric le Bourlout writes for 01net.com. Editor in chief Nicolas Guyot, previsously at L’Ordinateur Individuel, is now managing Micro Hebdo’s editorial team. He is replacing Hervé Cabibbo.
  • Reporter Renaud Bonnet and journalist Jonathan Charton have left business computing magazine 01 Informatique.
  • La Recherche Earth section editor Jacques-Olivier Baruch has left.

Business & Finance

  • Belgian publisher Roularta is revamping Moneytalk and Trends Tendances in September.
  • Journalists Ken Van Weyenberg and Etienne Langerwerf have left Cash Belgium. They have not been replaced yet.
  • Monthly purchasing magazine Décision Achats has hired Marie-Amélie Fenoll to replace Nathalie Costa.

Fashion & Retail

  • Interior design section editor Jacqueline Delpech has left Femme Actuelle. Michel Primault has also left the Prisma Presse women’s weekly. Section editor Didier Rosière has taken over Primault’s legal, multimedia and car sections. Rosière also writes for Prima.
  • Journalist Adèle Bouet no longer writes for Fashion Daily News. She replaced Christine Galimant.

Food & Drink

  • Publisher Cosmédias has closed Arômes ingrédients additifs.
  • Porc Magazine‘s editor in chief Luc Viel is retiring.
  • Journalist Marie Guillon has left Process Alimentaire.
  • Sandra David has joined Filières Avicoles and Éleveur de lapin. She takes over from Loïc Doumalin, who has gone freelance.
  • Journalist Emilie Rullier has been promoted to editor in chief of Filière Pain Gourmand. She takes over from Jacques Darmon who has left.
  • Journalist Fleur Masson has been appointed editor in chief of Arboriculture fruitière. Masson, based in Rhône-Alpes, takes over from Aude Bressolier and writer Emilie Durand.

Environment & Energy

  • La Lettre du Hérisson has appointed Bruno Genty to publication director. He takes over from Sébastien Genest. Deputy editors Yann Barthelemy and Bénédicte de Badereau are taking over from editor in chief Arnaud Gossement.

  • Weekly business newsletter La Lettre A has appointed Grégoire Pinson to deputy editor. L’Usine Nouvelle‘s former journalist Marion Deye joins La Lettre A to replace section editor Guillaume Kempf.

National Press

  • Journalist Agnès Auschitzka has left French religious newspaper La Croix. She wrote for the Thursday inbound supplement Parents & Children.
  • Journalist Pierre Kupferman has joined LaTribune.fr. Kupferman used to write for the daily financial paper La Tribune.
  • Lionel Laurent has joined Reuters French bureau to cover banks, insurance and capital investment. He replaces Sudip Kar-Gupta.
  • Closed European news magazine L’Européen has launched MyEurop.info, a website covering national news from Europe’s point of view. Renaud Chazournes and Daniel Vigneron act as publication director and managing editor respectively.
  • Weekly news magazine L’Express will launch W on 15 September. The title will cover economic news from cartoon character Largo Winch’s point of view.

Energy & Environment

  • Syndicat des Énergies Renouvelables (Renewable energy committee) has launched SER magazine. The magazine, which focuses on renewable energies, comes out four times a year.

Food & Drink

  • Monthly food magazine Guide Cuisine has been renamed Télé-Loisirs Guide Cuisine.

  • Schibsted has closed its consumer economic website E24. The website, launched in 2008, is now redirected to economic pages of 20 Minutes.fr. Elsa Meyer, sole journalist on E24, joins the economic pages of 20minutes.fr
  • Droit & Patrimoine‘s editor in chief Laure Toury is on maternity leave. She is replaced by Clémentine Delzanno.
  • Deputy editor Guillaume Trécan has been appointed editor in chief at La Lettre des Achats. He takes over from Guillaume Pommereau who has left. Matthieu Maury, who used to write for L’Usine Nouvelle, joins the team as management section editor.  Pascale Catala takes over as editorial secretary.

Technology & Telecoms

  • Oracom has launched Movie Création, a bimonthly magazine aimed at movie production lovers and professionals. The editor in  chief is Emmanuel Gomes de Araujo.
  • Editor in chief Hervé Cabibbo no longer works for Groupe 01 consumer computing magazine Micro Hebdo and is not yet replaced.
  • PC Expert and Science & Vie Micro have sent to press their last issue. Their content will be included in 01 Informatique and L’Ordinateur Individuel respectively.

National Press

  • Swiss newspaper Le Temps has appointed Catherine Dubouloz, editor of the Career Supplement,  as Paris correspondent. She is taking over from Sylvain Besson who is replacing Bernard Wuthrich as Switzerland section editor. Bernard Wuthrich is now based in Berne offices and is in charge of political topics.
  • Editor in chief Jean-Philippe Leclaire is no longer working at French sport daily newspaper’s supplement L’Équipe Mag.
  • Online news website Rue89 has launched its print magazine.

Environment & Energy

  • Systèmes Solaires, Le Journal des Énergies Renouvelables has appointed Laurence Augereau to deputy editor. She takes over from Guillaume Maincent, who has left. The bimonthly has also hired Isabelle Roque as editor in chief, she is responsible for all editorial projects.

Health & Pharmaceutical

  • Editor in chief Jérôme Hinfray has left Spectra Analyse and Spectra Biologie editorial team. Section editor Edwina Morisseau has been promoted to editor in chief at biologist’s monthly magazine Spectra Biologie. Publisher Presse Communication International has appointed editor Aline Aurias to manage Spectra Analyse editorial content.
  • Editor in chief Dr Maurice Einhorn has left La Semaine Médicale, the weekly medical magazine distributed in Belgium and Luxembourg. Dr Jean-Yves Hindlet has been appointed to take over from him. Writer André Heisbourg has also left the editorial team. He will not be replaced.

Food & Drink

  • Jean D. Nouailhac has launched Vigneron, quarterly magazine dedicated to fine wines. Vigneron, with a print-run of 50,000, is targeted at connoisseurs and wine enthusiasts alike.
  • Groupe Alain Ayache has suspended its bimonthly Cuisinez Comme un chef.

  • Publisher Groupe Touati has bought monthly title Courrier Cadres from APEC, an association specialised in employment for business executives. The magazine should move to St Ouen in the next couple of months.
  • Journalist Sylvain Deshayes has left Le Particulier.
  • Economic website Econostrum has hired Hala Kodmani, Caroline Garcia and Turkey correspondent Guillaume Perrier. Francis Mateo takes over from Anna Casal as Spain reporter.

National Press

  • Sports editor Peter Berlin has left daily paper International Herald Tribune. Managing editor Tom Redburn is looking after the section until a replacement is found.

Fashion & Retail

  • Online publication The Watch Observer is described as the buyer’s guide for watch enthusiasts. The Watch Observer has its own Facebook page. The publication director and president is Pierre Gisclard, who has teamed up with his brother Thomas Gisclard to create the online media title.
  • Daily women website Aufeminin.com has hired Valérie Domain as news editor.
  • Quarterly magazine Milk, dedicated to children’s fashion, is revamping its website this summer. Milkmagazine.net introduces new sections including Style to present new fashion collections and street looks, Design selects decorative objects and gives ideas for the house while Culture focuses on family leisure activities.
  • Journalist Eve Maeno is leaving Vogue France. She covered jewellery, watches and accessories.
  • Bruna Lacerda has been appointed fashion editor at Femina. She takes over from Agata Ubysz. Femina’s former editor in chief Renata Libal has been appointed editor of quarterly fashion special issue Femina Fashion.
  • Groupe Gratuit Pros is launching Distri Gratuit Pros. The free trade title will focus on retail news. Claire Tillier is editor in chief.

  • Legal tax fortnightly Les Nouvelles Fiscales has promoted Stéphane Valory to managing editor. Camille Jue-Mohr replaces him as editor in chief. Editorial assistant Stéphanie Mastronicola has been replaced with editorial coordinator Carole Rebillat.
  • Weekly Stock-Exchange magazine Le Revenu Hebdo has hired Dimitri Delmont. The journalist covers video games, consumer electronics and websites.

National Press

  • France-Soir has appointed journalist Marie-Laure Hardy to write for the Economy & Social section.
  • Social section editor Vincent Drouin has become multimedia journalist at AFP. He has been replaced by Bruno Franceschi who covers employment, human resources and trade unions.
  • Managing director Virginie Descamps is to become president of La Tribune. She takes over from Alain Weill who bought the economic daily from LVMH in 2007.
  • Ulyssemag.com has become Lemonde.fr‘s travel channel. The national daily’s wesbite will be updated daily by the editorial team of Ulysse Magazine, headed by editor in chief Jean-Christophe Rampal.

Environment & Energy

  • Armada Concept has suspended bimonthly environmentally-friendly interior design magazine d’ECO. The last issue was released in March.

Fashion & Retail

  • Cosmédias has closed bimonthly magazine Parfums Cosmétiques Actualités. The magazine, published in French and English, covered cosmetic products, fragrances as well as raw materials. The editorial team, made of editor in chief Michelle Vincent and writer Perrine Muller, has left.
  • Vie Pratique Madame has appointed Françoise de la Forest to editor in chief. She takes over from Caroline Quinart who has left the editorial team.
  • Prisma Presse has suspended monthly magazine Femmes.
